A Kuwaiti relief plane arrives to help the displaced in Sudan

April 25, 2024 (PEN) A Kuwaiti plane from the Kuwait Red Crescent Society arrived at Port Sudan International Airport today, Thursday, carrying ten tons of relief materials and blankets to support and relieve the displaced inside Sudan and alleviate their suffering.

The plane is the second to be presented as part of the “Kuwait is by your side” campaign, which was launched by the association under the directives of the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmar Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, to support the Sudanese and embody the solidarity of the Kuwaiti people with the afflicted and contribute to alleviating their suffering.
