Burhan Taya: I support young coaches… but only on the condition of qualifications.

Burhan Taya praised the trend of league clubs recruiting young players, emphasizing his strong support for their participation in the league. He described this as a step towards developing young talent, likening it to learning to run, and highlighting the advanced science of football coaching. He continued, stating that this opportunity represents a true test of young players' abilities, allowing them to demonstrate their skills. He clarified that not every young coach is truly qualified to lead a team; they must possess the necessary certifications. He explained that the national regulations prohibit clubs from hiring any coach who does not meet the required qualifications, noting that some coaches will be absent from the squad at the end of the season. He stressed the importance of raising their skills and expertise, including their continued participation in group training sessions.
