In order to reinforce the approach of discipline and enhance the atmosphere of focus within the national team camp in preparation for the upcoming match in the first round of the group stage of the FIFA Arab Cup – Qatar 2025, the head of the national team delegation, Mr. Mohamed Ahmed Suleiman “Halfa”, issued a directive to prevent visits to the team’s residence during the current period, in order to ensure the creation of the ideal environment for the team before the upcoming commitments.

Halfa said in a statement, “ We should commend the great support that the Sudanese community in Qatar has consistently provided, and we consider them genuine partners in the national team’s journey. It is our collective responsibility to provide everything that enhances the players’ readiness and serves the national team’s best interests. Therefore, we hope everyone will understand this decision and fully cooperate with us so that we can achieve the desired results .”

Halfa added, " We witnessed the extent of the public support in the first match, and we anticipate a greater turnout and support in the upcoming match, which will reflect the status of the national team and motivate the players to give their best ."
