A Sudanese refereeing team, led by Mahmoud Shanteer, will officiate the Zamalek vs. Kaizer Chiefs match in the Confederation Cup.

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) Referees Committee has assigned the management of the match between Egypt’s Zamalek and South Africa’s Kaizer Chiefs, as part of the final round of the African Confederation Cup scheduled for February 14, 2026, at Al Salam Stadium in Cairo, to a Sudanese international refereeing team led by Mahmoud Ismail Shanteer (main referee), Mohamed Abdullah Niala (first assistant referee), Omar Hamed Mohamed (second assistant referee), and Amr Ismail El Sayed (fourth official).
