Doctors Without Borders: More than 380,000 people fled Sudan, heading to eastern Chad

September 21, 2023 (pen) Doctors Without Borders said that more than 380,000 people fled Sudan, heading to eastern Chad.

She stated that most of them now live in refugee camps and near the border town of Adre.

“Our teams are currently responding to severe shortages in food, water, sanitation, shelter and healthcare,” MSF added.

It is noteworthy that since the outbreak of war last April between the Rapid Support Forces and the Armed Forces, about one million Sudanese have come to neighboring countries.
