Jordan condemns attack on UAE ambassador's residence in Khartoum

September 30, 2024 (PEN) The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates expressed its strong condemnation of the attack that targeted the residence of the UAE Ambassador in Khartoum, which resulted in extensive damage to the building.

In his statements, the official spokesman for the Ministry, Ambassador Dr. Sufyan Al-Qudah, stressed the Kingdom's absolute rejection of this attack, stressing that it is considered a serious violation of international law and an assault on the sanctity of diplomatic premises, which are protected under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.

Ambassador Al Qudah also expressed the Kingdom's full solidarity and support for the United Arab Emirates in these circumstances.
