The Federal Assembly praises Egypt's initiative to achieve peace in Sudan

July 2, 2024 (PEN) The Union Party announced its response to an invitation from the Egyptian government to attend the conference of political and civil forces, scheduled to be held in Cairo on the 6th and 7th of this month. The conference aims to discuss issues of stopping the war and providing humanitarian aid in Sudan.

The Federal Assembly praised the efforts made by the Egyptian government to stop the conflict and promote peace in Sudan. The party confirmed its readiness to attend and actively participate in the conference.
