International Migration launches an urgent appeal to provide funding for humanitarian aid

January 29, 2024 (PEN) The International Organization for Migration confirmed the increasing humanitarian needs in Sudan following the ongoing conflict since April 15 of last year.

The organization appealed to provide urgent funding worth more than $168 million to help 1.7 million people in Sudan through life-saving interventions.

There is a conflict in Sudan that has led to the displacement of more than 10 million people and a catastrophic deterioration in the humanitarian situation.
