Qatar Red Crescent distributes sacrificial meat to 2,700 affected families

June 18, 2024 (PEN) Within the framework of the sacrificial animal project for the year 1445 AH, with the initiative “Your sacrifice is my kin and helper,” the Qatar Red Crescent office in Sudan began distributing sacrificial meat from cows.

The Qatar Red Crescent stated that the operations target 2,700 families affected by the war in shelter centers in the city of Port Sudan, in addition to needy families in several localities in the states of Kassala and the Red Sea.
