The Chairman of the African Union Commission calls for an end to the war in Sudan

May 16, 2024 (PEN) The Chairperson of the African Union Commission, Moussa Faki, said that the situation in Sudan and the devastating war taking place in all its regions must stop immediately.

This came during his speech before the 33rd Arab Summit in the Bahraini capital, Manama, where he called for the people of Sudan to sit in direct dialogue among themselves, away from all foreign interference.
