July 9, 2024 (PEN) Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed arrived in Port Sudan today, where he was received by Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, Chairman of the Sovereignty Council.

The Ethiopian Prime Minister's office confirmed that this visit comes within the framework of Abiy Ahmed's commitment to support efforts aimed at achieving stability and peace in Sudan.
