The Sudanese Journalists Syndicate mourns journalist Haitham Sayed Mohamed Saleh.

May 27, 2025 (PEN) The Sudanese Journalists Syndicate mourned journalist Haitham Sayed Mohamed Saleh, who passed away yesterday evening, Monday, in Port Sudan, after a short illness.

The union said the deceased was a prominent journalist, having worked for a number of Sudanese newspapers, including "Rai Al-Shaab" and "Al-Sudani." He also had a distinguished media career outside Sudan, working for several newspapers and magazines in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

She also explained that the deceased was known among his colleagues for his gentle nature, kind nature, and generosity. He was a model of professionalism and commitment, and was widely respected and appreciated within the journalistic community.

The Syndicate offered its sincere condolences to the family of the deceased, his colleagues, friends, loved ones, and all journalists, asking God Almighty to have mercy on him, to grant him a place in heaven, and to inspire his family and relatives with patience and solace.
