Egyptian Foreign Minister discusses developments in Sudan with Saudi counterpart

August 2, 2024 (PEN) Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel Aati discussed the latest developments in the region with his Saudi counterpart, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, during a phone call between them.

According to the Egyptian Foreign Ministry spokesman, the meeting discussed the tireless efforts made by Cairo and Riyadh to resolve the Sudanese crisis and stop the ongoing conflict.

According to the Egyptian Foreign Ministry, the joint efforts aim to preserve Sudan's unity and sovereignty, cease fire, and allow humanitarian aid to enter.
