The Saudi Crown Prince calls for peace in Sudan

May 16, 2024 (PEN) The Saudi Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is hosting the Jeddah talks between the parties in Sudan in order to stabilize the truce and reach a final ceasefire agreement.

This came during his speech before the 33rd Arab Summit in the Bahraini capital, Manama, where he indicated the necessity of ending the crisis in a way that preserves Sudan’s sovereignty and unity and enables it to restore its stability and progress in a better way.
