PROFM 106.6 mourns the passing of journalist Mohamed Mahmoud Haska

December 9, 2025 (PEN) PROFM 106.6 radio station mourned today the passing of journalist Mohamed Mahmoud Haska, who died in the Egyptian capital, Cairo.

The radio station said that the deceased was one of the prominent voices and figures in its media career, as he was known – according to his colleagues – for his calm presence, skillful performance, high professionalism and kind spirit.

The statement added that the late journalist contributed during his years of work to developing the work system within the radio station and serving the public, stressing that he was “an important pillar of the PROFM 106.6 family.”

The radio station expressed its deep sorrow at Haska’s passing, praying for mercy and forgiveness for him, and for patience and solace for his family and colleagues.
