A 4.7 magnitude earthquake hits Georgia

The National Seismological Center and the Institute of Earth Sciences in Georgia reported, through a statement, that a 4.7-magnitude earthquake occurred at 05:00 GMT.

He explained that the epicenter of the earthquake was the village of Lilobani, 4 kilometers from the capital, Tbilisi.

The statement did not mention any damage, noting that residents of the capital felt the earthquake.
