King Salman Relief distributes food baskets to displaced people in Al-Qatana.

August 4, 2025 (PEN) The King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid distributed (400) food baskets to displaced families in Al-Qatana locality in White Nile State, benefiting (1,729) individuals, as part of the third phase of the food security support project in Sudan for the year (2025 AD).

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), this comes as an extension of the relief and humanitarian projects and programs provided by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, to alleviate the suffering of the Sudanese people due to the humanitarian crisis they are experiencing and achieve food security.
