وزّع مركز الملك سلمان 700 كرتون تمر في ربك بولاية النيل الأبيض، استفاد منها 3,850 من العائدين والمتضررين ضمن مشروع "مدد" بالسودان.

وقعت السعودية والسودان وثيقة إنشاء "مجلس التنسيق السعودي-السوداني" لرفع مستوى التعاون المؤسسي في 10 ملفات رئيسية.

The King Salman Relief Center distributed 3,849 food baskets to 21,726 individuals from displaced and returning families in the White Nile State, as part of the “Madad” project for 2026, in support of food security and assistance to those in need.

Saudi Arabia and Canada renewed their support for Sudan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and called for an end to the crisis, the preservation of its national institutions, and the prevention of any practices that fuel the conflict.

The newly appointed Saudi ambassador to Sudan, Zaid bin Mukhlid Al-Harbi, arrived in Port Sudan to take up his duties, succeeding Ali bin Hassan Jaafar.

Saudi Arabia affirmed before the Security Council that the solution to the Sudan crisis must be political, through a Sudanese-Sudanese process, with a ceasefire and the preservation of the country’s unity and institutions.

The Egyptian side stressed the importance of reaching a sustainable ceasefire in Sudan.

Sudan announced the completion of the arrival of approximately 15,000 pilgrims to the Holy Land, with the successful deployment of pilgrims and the readiness of accommodation, transportation and living arrangements in preparation for the move to Mina.

This support comes as an extension of the assistance provided by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, to alleviate the suffering of the Sudanese people.

Saudi support for the Sudanese people comes within the framework of the Kingdom’s ongoing humanitarian efforts to support those affected by the war.

Both sides stressed the need to preserve Sudan's unity and territorial integrity.

The meetings addressed a number of regional issues.
