King Salman and Crown Prince offer condolences to Sudan

August 31, 2024 (PEN) The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman sent a cable of condolences to the Sudanese leadership following the collapse of the Arbaat Dam in the Red Sea State, which resulted in deaths and injuries.

In their cable, they expressed their deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the families of the victims and the people of Sudan, asking God Almighty to bestow His mercy and forgiveness on the deceased, to grant the injured a speedy recovery, and to protect Sudan and its people from all harm and evil.
