The Muslim World League condemns the targeting of the United Nations headquarters in Kadugli.

December 15, 2025 (PEN) The Muslim World League condemned the attack that targeted the United Nations headquarters in Kadugli, describing it as a "treacherous act" and expressing its strong condemnation of this attack.

In a statement issued by its General Secretariat, the League said that its Secretary-General, Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, stressed the need to comply with international laws and the contents of the "Jeddah Declaration" regarding the protection of civilians and civilian facilities.

Al-Issa called for an immediate end to the ongoing war in Sudan, due to the grave humanitarian tragedies it has caused to the Sudanese people.

Al-Issa expressed the League’s solidarity and sympathy with its partners in the United Nations, offering sincere condolences to the families of the victims of the attack, and wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.
